Penerapan Aplikasi Kas Warga Berbasis Teknologi Digital untuk Meningkatkan Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas Keuangan Masyarakat

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan masyarakat pada tingkat Rukun Tetangga (RT) umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan pencatatan konvensional. Kondisi ini sering menimbulkan permasalahan seperti kurangnya transparansi, kesalahan pencatatan, serta keterbatasan akses informasi keuangan oleh warga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan aplikasi KasWarga berbasis teknologi digital sebagai solusi pengelolaan keuangan warga yang lebih efektif dan akuntabel. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, perancangan solusi, sosialisasi aplikasi, pelatihan penggunaan sistem, serta pendampingan implementasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi KasWarga mampu meningkatkan keteraturan pencatatan transaksi, mempercepat penyajian laporan keuangan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan kas RT. Implementasi teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan administrasi keuangan masyarakat terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas.
